Follow these easy steps to request exhibitor space at the Morgantown Home Show.

Each booth space is 10′ x 10′ and includes the following: Free Dedicated Wi-Fi, (4) Exhibitor Badges, (1) 8′ high back drape, (2) 3′ high side drapes, (1) 8′ Table (must provide your own tablecloth), (2) Chairs, Electricity (exhibitors must provide their own power strips/extensions and/or any special power connectors)** **Hot Tub/Spa Water usage subject to charge and paid directly to venue | |

NOTE – Once submitted prior to the Early Bird Deadline and accepted by the committee, you will be provided a simple online payment link where your final total payment can be accepted to secure your space. You can also download our Registration Application Here
While we are accepting applications for all interested vendors, NCWVHBA members will get first priority selection to be a vendor at the 2025 Morgantown Home Show until November 15, 2024, at which time we will then start reviewing applications from all interested parties.
We have always given priority placement to our Members and returning exhibitors and will attempt to do so this year. All other booth assignments will be made on a first received basis.
We encourage Non-Members to download our NCWVHBA Membership Application Form and submit it prior to submitting your Vendor Application, so that you can not only participate in the Home Show at the reduced rate for a booth, but also enjoy all of the Benefits of being a Member of the NCWVHBA
To be provided the reduced Member Rate for your booth, you MUST join the NCWVHBA prior to January 24, 2025 to qualify.
Member rates for booths WILL NOT be provided after January 24, 2025
