Follow these easy steps to request exhibitor space at the Morgantown Home Show.
First, review our prices.

| Non-Profit – Limited Spots Available | Free |
Reservations will require a deposit and a signed contract.
Submit your exhibit space request online via the secure form below.
NOTE – Once submitted prior to the Early Bird Deadline and accepted by the committee, you will be provided a simple online payment link where your final total payment can be accepted to secure your space. You can also download our Registration Application Here
While we are accepting applications for all interested vendors, NCWVHBA members will get first priority selection to be a vendor at the 2024 Morgantown Home Show until November 15, 2023, at which time we will then start reviewing applications from all interested parties.

Based on your booth type you selected above, please refer to our Left & Right Side Maps above and provide your preferred still available booth selections in the fields below. If you are requesting more than 1 booth, please provide all numbers in the choice field (Example B1, B2). If your booth request includes a corner or multiple corner spaces, please note that in the Premium Corner/End Cap options below.
We have many new and exciting sponsorship opportunities this year to get your name and products out there even more! Most levels include your booth space within the cost of the sponsorship as well. Please let us know if you are interested in speaking with our sponsor coordinator for more information
Note: After submitting your information, our team will review the submission and respond as soon as possible to confirm acceptance and initiate payment to reserve your space.
We encourage Non-Members to download our NCWVHBA Membership Application Form and submit it prior to submitting your Vendor Application, so that you can not only participate in the Home Show at the reduced rate for a booth, but also enjoy all of the Benefits of being a Member of the NCWVHBA
To be provided the reduced Member Rate for your booth, you MUST join the NCWVHBA prior to January 24, 2023 to qualify.
Member rates for booths WILL NOT be provided after January 24, 2024(Join Prior to Dec 31 to qualify for the Early Bird Discount for even greater savings!)
